We are giving the German government 14 days to fish-out Ekweremadu's attackers or risk serious judicial actions by the Nigerian government-- Lai Mohammed

Following the recent attack of senator Ekweremadu

in Germany by assumed IPOB members on his visit to celebrate the new yam festival with them. This has really generated a lot  of attention and reactions around the world and on the social media platforms especially.

Still on this issue, the Nigerian minister of information, Lai Mohammed has reacted on the same issue expressing his anger on the igbos and IPOB for their uncivilized acts according to him.

"The igbos have really shown that they are not civilized enough even outside of their own country, they still cannot promote peace and order. The recent attack on a Nigerian Igbo senator by the illegal group called IPOB did not only bring disgrace to the  senator but a total embarrassment to the country at large.

We have written severally to the government of Germany to fish out those who were involved in the attack but they seem to be in support of this act by dismissing the case and the court insisting it was not an illegal act. So what then is the act called??

IPOB has crossed their boundary this time and we have decided not to be quiet. By this, we are giving the German government fourteen days to probe deeper into this case and fish-out the thugs or face the wrath of Nigerian government.

We have other German citizen here in our country and this has never happened to them, so it cannot be taken with ease by the Nigerian government" he said.

  4. Can't Nigeria break diplomatic relationship with Germany? Or seize their assets in Nigeria? Nigeria can stop investing any stolen money in Germany to teach them a lesson. I wonder how Germany can survive if Nigeria imposes an economic blockade on Germany. Can't Nigeria sue Germany for failing to repatriate those that attacked Ekweremadu? Reprot Germany to IICC for condoning terrorism on their soil. There's a lot we can do to hit Germany where it hurts. Look at the purported response from German government to Nigeria request to prosecute the attackers of Ekweremadu. We can even unleash boko against them if they don't behave themselves.
